Questions
Do customers pay online?
No. Orders on a Nawin website are paid in cash on delivery: the customer pays you when the order arrives. There is no online payment.
Which languages does my website speak?
Dari, Pashto and English. Each language has its own page addresses, so a customer can share a page in the language they read.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your website starts at yourname.nawin.app, and it can also be set up on a domain of your own.
What happens after I register?
You confirm your email with a six-digit code. Nawin then reviews your application and sets up your website. Until then, nothing is published.
Where do I add my products?
In your panel, at panel.nawin.app. Sign in there with the email and password you registered with.
